The Italian arms and military equipment company Beretta has expressed readiness to take part in potential joint projects with Serbian arms industry companies, the Ministry of Defense reported yesterday.

The three-member delegation of Beretta was headed by Carlo Ferlito, the company’s general manager.

State Secretary Nenad Neric hosted the delegation and they discussed the military-economic and military-technical cooperation.

Beretta expressed readiness to participate in potential joint projects with business entities from Serbia’s arms industry, above all with Kragujevac’s Zastava Oruzje and Uzice’s Prvi Partizan, the ministry reported on its website.
