Sale of property of Bomex 4M Shipyard from Perlez postponed

The first sale of the movable property of Bomex 4M Shipyard from Perlez, scheduled for January 11, 2017, has been postponed by a month, said public executor Dragan Nikolic, who had opened the sale.

As he said, there have been interested purchasers, and the sale has been postponed based on the joint petition of the creditor, the Belgrade-based company Hatra, which specializes in anti-corrosion protection, and the debtor due to the possibility of out-of-court settlement.

Cranes, rigs, presses and compressors were offered as a whole, costing a total of RSD 102.9 million. The executor opted for this so that individual sale would not hamper their purpose, thereby lowering the price of the remaining pieces of movable property.
