Bids for Sava Centar opened – Delta Holding and consortium Nikola Tesla Airport-Energoprojekt Holding-Belgrade Fair potential partners
The public invitation for bids for founding a joint business entity to the end of reconstruction and management of the congress center was answered by Delta Holding and the consortium of the Nikola Tesla Airport, Energoprojekt Holding and the PE Belgrade Fair.
As stated, this marks the end of the first phase of the procedure. The decision on whether the bidders have met the requirements is expected to be reached by mid-January 2017.
In the second phase of the procedure, the bidders will submit binding bids as well, for which they will be given an additional 60 days.
The City of Belgrade expects to sign a contract with the selected partner by the end of April 2017 and start the procedure of reconstruction and professionalization of Sava Centar shortly thereafter.
