228 new Belgrade Waterfront apartments on sale – Completion of construction of BW Vista planned for early 2019
All the apartments contain balconies and most provide a view to the Sava, the impressive Belgrade Tower or the park.
The building will be located in the center of the Belgrade Waterfront project, close to the Sava Promenade, the Belgrade Park, BW Residences and BW Gallery. The BW Vista building will contain cafes and stores, surrounded by gardens with a view to the inner courtyard, as well as a kindergarten and a children's playground.
The driving down of piles will begin by the end of the week, and the foundation will be installed by the local construction company Novkol. Parallel to the works on the building, the development of public areas will begin, as well as the works on the BW Vista infrastructure, and the plan is to hand over the building in the first half of 2019.
In addition to BW Residences and BW Vista, the first phase of Belgrade Waterfront, to be completed in the first half of 2020, includes the St. Regis Belgrade hotel, located in the Belgrade Tower, as well as the BW Gallery shopping mall.
– We are pleased that the realization of a project of this size is progressing so quickly. A little over a year ago, we had the first sales event for BW Residences, and the building has already reached 10 floors. With the new sale, we are also offering to the locals the opportunity to buy quality apartments at affordable prices, with a great view, in the heart of Belgrade Waterfront – said Nikola Nedeljkovic, general manager of Belgrade Waterfront.
The sales date is set for Friday, December 16, at 10 am at BW Gallery, and those interested can apply at the company's website.
