Package of 37% of stocks of "Marina" on Belgrade Stock Exchange
The Share Fund of Serbia has announced that it will offer the package of 37.39% of stocks of company "Marina" [MARN] from Bačka Palanka on the Belgrade Stock Exchange today (March 13, 2008) at starting price of 34.68m RSD.
According to the ad, total of 20,398 stocks of that textile company will be offered for sale at minimum price of 1,700 RSD per stock.
"Marina" deals with production of pullovers. Its income in 2006 amounted to 38.8m RSD, while the expenses amounted to 56.1m RSD.
That factory has 111 workers. The stocks owned by the Share Fund and Pension and Disability INsurance Fund are offered for sale, while remaining 62.75% of stocks are owned by minor stockholders.
