The Turkish company Fiset International, which has bought a part of the former Paracin-based Stofara in bankruptcy, started the preparation of a production hall after a year of preparing the documentation.

The machinery for the production of synthetic threads is being installed in one of the halls of the former fabrics factory, and the water supply from one of the factory wells has been secured, said the lawyer of Fiset International Paracin, Aleksandar Nikolic.

He couldn't say when exactly the production might start, but he announced that, depending on how quickly the building permits were issued, the construction work on the adaptation of the production facility would begin shortly.

The synthetic fibers factory should employ around 40 workers, Nikolic said, and as the production will be founded on recycling PET packaging, there's a possibility of opening a recycling center as well, Nikolic said.
