New City Hotel in Nis – Toncev Group invests EUR 1.5 million in renovation and adaptation
The new hotel will initially have 50 accommodation units, whereas an expansion of the capacity to 70 rooms and apartments and the opening of the New City Spa center should take place by the end of the year. The hotel's management has announced lower accommodation prices relative to those in the former Grand hotel, along with a higher quality of service.
As they say in the New City Hotel, the focus will be placed on an 'a la carte' restaurant, which will feature a very exciting menu, completely different than what can usually be found in Nis. They believe that the people of Nis will also find the restaurant very interesting, as they will be able to have breakfast or coffee there with their business partners, whereas the hotel's grand hall will be ideal for organizing various celebrations, gatherings, balls, cocktail parties and other events.
New City Hotel & Restaurant also counts on attracting business guests, i.e. business tourists. In addition to a free Wi-Fi connection, businessmen will have at their disposal an array of services and conveniences, as well as offices to be used for meetings.
Special attention is paid to organizing conferences and other corporate gatherings. The organizers of these events have at their disposal a technically equipped conference hall, allowing for simultaneous interpreting, and the hotel staff which takes care of all the details.
