MIHAJLOVIC: Israeli investors welcome, great potential for cooperation
– We are undergoing the process of reforms, we are working hard on developing the infrastructure and I am looking forward to the possibilities which lie ahead us – Mihajlovic said to the representatives of five large Israeli investment companies whose activities include construction and investments in the areas of real estate and infrastructure.
The representatives of the Ministry presented to the Israeli companies the changes in the legislature to the end of improving the investment environment and the projects which are being planned, which foreign investors can get involved in.
There was talk about the growth and development of the real estate market after the passing of the Law on Planning and Construction, which removed one of the biggest obstacles to foreign investor, long waiting periods for building permits. This document is now issued in eight days on average.
