The airline company Air Serbia announced on Wednesday, June 15, that it had introduced four flights a week to Hamburg, by which it extended its offer of German flights to 11 cities.

A Bombardier CRJ900 aircraft will fly to Hamburg on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

- Germany is an important market for Air Serbia and we are looking forward to extending our presence and our offer of flights by cooperating with our partners in the tourism sector and other members of the Etihad Airways Partners group, especially with the airline company Air Berlin – stated the general manager of Air Serbia Dane Kondic.

Air Serbia also offers direct flights to Berlin, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Stuttgart and other codeshare flights with a single layover in cooperation with Air Berlin, to Cologne, Dresden, Nuremberg, Munich, Saarbrücken and Hanover.

With over 1.8 million residents, Hamburg, on the river Elbe, is the second biggest city in Germany and the second biggest European harbor.

Air Serbia also widened its network in Macedonia by introducing a Belgrade-Ohrid line. The first promotional flight on this line was made on June 15.
