Deadline for tender for rehabilitation and super structure of the Clinical Center of Serbia extended

The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Serbia extended deadline for submission of offers in the tender for works on reconstruction and construction of the Clinical Center of Serbia in Belgrade to March 21.

Decision on extension was issued by the Ministry of health as the Purchaser in order to provide answers for the remaining requests for clarification and deadline extension requested in a formal request for protection of rights of bidders.

The subject of the tender is the renovation and expansion of the central part of the existing hospital building (total area of ​​app. 86,000 m2) and construction of new technical blocks A, B and D, a parking and external maintenance, and procurement is estimated at EUR 96.1 m.

The project is financed through the contract with European Investment Bank and co-financed from the budget of the Republic of Serbia.Estimated completion time is thirty-one month from the date of providing access to the construction site, advanced payment reception to temporary admission (acceptance of the works).
