44th Fest opened ceremoniously

A famous Spanish actress, Victoria Abril, opened the 44th International Film Festival FEST on Friday (26 February 2016) at Sava Center.
The opening ceremony was hosted by actors Tamara Dragicevic and Nebojsa Milovanovic, while Aleksandra Kovac and Marko Tolja performed a duet of "Ljubav" (Love). This was also the occasion to present the Belgrade Victor award.
The Beogradski pobednik (Belgrade Victor) award for an exceptional contribution to the film art was granted to Velimir Bata Zivojinovic, and Zivojinovic's wife received the award on his behalf. Awards for the previous work were also presented to Victoria Abril and American director John McTernan.
