From Serbia to leading world pharmaceutical companies - Termovent komerc is planning construction of new hall in Kladovo, program expansion and new hires

Dusan Perovic the best entrepreneur in 2015. Thisaward was delieverd to him last night by the international auditing andconsulting company EY("Ernst&Young") in 2015.

Perovic owns Termovent komerc fromBelgrade which operate sin production, design and assembling of HVAC equipmentand process systems. Baed on principles of sustainable development they createdsystems which successfully solve problems of air processing. As they say,modern production, usage of top technology and quality control system are thebasis of Termovent, production program:Termovent condition of chambers and Modular Component system (MCR) for developmentof clean rooms which are particularly used in pharmacy.

In two decades, Termoventsuccessfully implemented more than a hundred projects worldwide – in thecountries of the region, EU, Russia and Saudi Arabia and UAE. They are strategicpartners of the most famous world drug producers and they particularly outlinecooperation with multinational company Pfizer Global Manufacturing with whichthey have five-year agreement on exclusive technical and business cooperation.

Perovic says that to be an entrepreneurin Serbia is not easy but it is not impossible.

According to Dusan Perovic, today Termovent is a moderncompany with modern technological line and average annual production growth of 30%. The company and the system now function independentlywithout influence, since his sons took over major part of business in managingcompanies and are independent in decision-making.

For an increase of 30%, for totalgrowth of profit, headcount and clients’ number, Perovicsays that work is the simplestrecipe

Plans

Long-term objective of Termovent is that, though invention and implementationof innovative energy and efficient solutions, to become global provider of HVACequipment for air processing. In order to manage it, Perovic says for eKapija, ,they are planning to expand intensively, programming in the first line and thenhuman resources.

He added technological expansion is definitely planned. Construction of new hall is planned for the beginning this year apart from existing production department in Kladovo.

They increase headcount every year. According to our collocutor, they have 20-30 new employees every year.

From Belgrade to Monte Carlo

In June, asthe best Serbian entrepreneur, Perovic will participate at the worldcompetition of entrepreneurs in Monte Carlo."EY Entrepreneur" of the year has existed for 29 years and it wasestablished in Serbia in 2012 for the first time.
