Falkensteiner withdraws from Stara planina - Austrians terminate contract on hotel management

Falkensteiner Group terminated contract on management of the Stara planina hotel, it was confirmed for B92. As the management of Falkensteiner in Belgrade said, the group has already withdrawn its management from Stara planina and there are no their workers anymore.

- Stara planina is no longer a part of our chain – it was communicated to B92. With withdrawal from Stara planina, Falkensteiner terminated contract with Stara planina hotel on 15 years signed in 2012.

- Raising their flags at the hotel will definitely result in easier attracting new operators and investors at Stara planina – it was communicated then.

Falkensteiner which has a chain of over 30 hotels in six European countries, was planning to build six condo hotels of suite type, with 350 accommodation units and 1000 beds.

Announcement of the hotel chain signed in Zadar also appeared at social media where it was communicated they were forced to terminate the contract since they did not succeed to keep contract on management where they renounce responsibility for providing services or further hotel management in Stara planina hotel.
