- Businessmen cannot apply for the funds from the fund directly but they can do it through the Ministry of trade or Serbia Chamber of Commerce in order to get more favorable loans – Jovanovic explained.
In order to support SMEs development, in November 2015, the Ministry of trade released public call for assigning grants for procurement of equipment which is a combination of favorable banking loans and funds of the state.
