For active employment measures next year, a total of RSD 3,35 billion will be set aside from the budget, the head of the National Employment Bureau (NSZ) Zoran Martinovic has said today.

At the meeting at Societe General bank, where the traditional selection of "Blic entrepreneur 2015" was announced, he specified RSD 2,8 billion will be set aside for active measures plus 550 m for hiring disabled people.

According to him, the work has already been done, financial plan based on the parameters of the Ministry of Finance was adopted and as he added this year, private sector could count on this funds, not the public one which is also a plan for 2016. Martinovic said that in that sense, the result was satisfactory.

Incentives per vacancy total RSD 150.000 to 250.000, i.e. up to 300.000 for the disabled, depending on developmental level of municipality.

Martinovic, in commenting the fact that every third company in Serbia does not have employees, said that the number has been growing throughout the years and added the data is worrying. He said that entrepreneurship is a key of new hires.
