Alexander Picker heads Komercijalna Banka's Executive Board
According to this release, Mr. Picker, who is going to assume the new position in December, said that the management of Komercijalna Banka aimed to improve the performance and service in order for privatization to bring the expected success to shareholders, the biggest of which is the state of Serbia.
- It is a great pleasure for me to take the helm of Komercijalna Banka, one of the most respectable financial institutions in the region, in this challenging moment, two years prior to the planned privatization - said Picker. As stressed in the release, Alexander Picker is an expert with 26 years of experience in the banking business. Born in Salzburg, he began his banking career in 1989 in Vienna. Over the last few years he has been active as a member of the boards of banks in Poland and Russia and as the chairman of the Executive Board of banks in Kazakhstan, Slovenia, Serbia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, and Austria.
