Since Tisza Automotive began the production cycle in the Senta factory for producing cables for the automotive industry a year ago, the company has hired 277 workers and made room to employ additional people from the Kikinda municipality.

By signing a protocol on cooperation, the municipality of Kikinda undertook an obligation to finance the training for interested workers with the help of the National Employment Agency. After a successfully completed training, 27 workers from Kikinda will sign employment contracts for a definite period of time.

A big number of interested, qualified workers from Kikinda was a reason for the management of Senta-based factory and Kikinda's local self-government to consider the possibility of Tisza Automotive opening a production facility in Kikinda as well.

At the moment, 127 workers from Kikinda are attending the mandatory training, during which they are paid a minimum wage and transport.
