Government makes decision - Minimum wage remains at RSD 121 per hour
The Government made this decision pursuant to Article 112 of the Labor Law, the Ministry of Labor, Employment, Veteran and Social Policy announced.
This decision was made after the representatives of employers and trade unions failed to agree on the wage for the next year within 15 days of the start of negotiations.
By the way, the deadline to determine the minimum wage for 2016 expires Tuesday.
Trade unions requested the wage per hour to be increased from current RSD 121 to RSD 143.5, whereas the representatives of employers were of the opinion that the wage should not be changed because there were still no conditions for that in the economy sector.
