EUR provides EUR 600 m to West Balkans countries for different projects
The European Union will support EUR 600 m West Balkans countries for energy, traffic and railway projects, Austrian vice councilor and the minister of trade, Reinhold Miterlener, said and added that this shows that Union is not only making statements but provides funds for specific projects.
The agreed support package is for 10 different projects which will start in the next period and which comprise Nis-Pristina-Drac highway as well as modernization of the railway between Belgrade and Sarajevo.
Miterlener reported to journalists that 24 projects were confirmed which will be implemented in the next years totaling some EUR 7,7 billon.
