KRAVCHENKO: NIS operates better than its regional competitors
As he said, NIS paid taxes amounting to RSD 128 billion, up 8% from 2013, Beta news agency reports.
According to him, all oil companies in the region reported a fall due to unfavorable fluctuations of prices of gas and oil, but NIS reported a smaller fall than its competitors because a lot has been invested in the company stability over the past five years.
Kravchenko also stressed that the company had finished the process of dismissing workers, but he noted that one of the major problems NIS was facing was the "hunt" for experts from that company by companies from Serbia and the region.
- It's getting harder and harder to keep people - said Kravchenko. According to the Report, NIS had 5,734 workers at the end of the last year.
