Railways of Serbia to obtain Siemens computer equipment, €1.94m, Canadian donation

General Director of Railways of Serbia, Milanko Šarančić, and representative of company Siemens, Kurt Schvarcmiler, have signed the contract worth €1.94m. In the scope of continuation of modernization of systems of Railways of Serbia, Siemens obliged to provide, install and put hardware computer equipment into operation on all railway knots and central stations by the end of October 2005. The means for financing of this project are provided from the donation of the Government of Canada.
