The Development Agency of Serbia announced on May 13 that it would open a public call for helping companies looking to become suppliers for multinational companies.

As said in the press release, the new Program of Support to Companies in Entering Supply Chains of Multinational Companies will last for five years.

The program aims to enhance the operations of local companies through technological development, mastering new products and increasing their competitiveness, both locally and internationally.

The acting director of the Development Agency of Serbia, Rados Gazdic, said at the first session of the Advisory Board for the Program that the program entailed cooperation of multinational companies, the Government of Serbia and local companies, contributing to the development of operations, the creation of jobs and economic growth.
