Fiat to restart Punto Classic production in 2013
Fiat Automobili Srbija (FAS) plans to restart the assembly line production of Punto Classic cars this year.
- In order to meet the local market's demand for vehicles priced up to EUR 7,000, we have decided to restart the production of Punto Classic, and the plan is to make about 1,500 cars a year - FAS CEO Antonio Cezare Ferrara confirmed.
FAS stopped making Punto Classic cars in 2011 to focus on the production of Fiat 500L.
