The Comission was evaluating three offers, out of which "Pavlovic Nagle Consortium" did not meat all conditions stated by the licitating documentation, and therefor this offer basically was not according to the requests from the licitating documentation.

All requests were met by the domestic "Energoprojekt holding" and the Cypress "Trigranit holding LTD", out of which the Comission chose the better bider, by analysing of financial potentials and comparison of references for the object they conducted.

It was prearranged that the contract with the best bider should be signed within 60 days. The whole project should be finished within 3 years from signing of the contract, and the investment's value is around 200 millions eur.

The first phase of works in Prokop, as prearranged by the tender, consists of construction of 128.000 m2 of business-residential space on armoured concrete plate, which is on 105 elevation of the travelling railway station Belgrade Center and 10.000 m2 of commercial space under the plate with 105 evelation, as well as the construction of infrastructure which will be connect the station with the surrounding traffics.

In the second phase of works, in the complex of Prokop should be build around 150-170.000 m2 of business area, and the value of the whole project is more than a billion dollars.

By building Prokop and moving the head Belgrade station to this location, the capital would get a modern main railway station, with a large commercial-business complex.

At the same time, in the center of Belgrade, around 800 hectares of the most exclusive land in Sava amphitheatre will be free, which would be offered to investors by market conditions. Sava amphitheatre would in this way become the most important business, commercial, touristic and cultural center in this part of the Europe, as well as the significant source of profit for Serbia.
