Dr Laza Lazarevic Clinic to Get New Outpatient Hospital and Dispensary Building
According to the Urban Project, which is currently on a public presentation at the City Administration of Belgrade, the intention is to integrate the dispensary and the outpatient hospital into a single facility.
– Considering the the current facilities are temporary (pre-fabricated) and that they don't meet the modern standards and requirements due to long years of exploitation and being worn out, at the request of the user (the Clinic), there is a need to form a different functional and technological solution, which will considerably improve the functioning of the clinic in principle – says the project documentation, prepared by the Forma Antika studio from Nis.
The new facility will be of the semi-atrium type and have a basement and three floors, including the ground floor.
The ground floor will feature the outpatient hospital premises, which, among other things, include the reception area with a waiting room, a room for the head nurses, a room for group therapy, a room for work therapy with a library and music and art rooms, rooms for the stuff and an outpatient clinic, as well as a kitchen with a dining room.
The dispensary will be located on the first floor, featuring 16 doctors' rooms, an outpatient clinic, a reception area, waiting rooms, psychiatric forensic evaluation rooms, a psychotherapy section...
The topmost floor will feature administration premises.
The urban project is up for a public review until October 5, 2020.
